A restaurateur, chef, wine steward and educator with over 30 years of industry experience, Leonard Redé brings a unique blend of culinary and wine expertise to everything he does.
An instructor in the Wine Technology Program at South Seattle College, he helped develop the curriculum for the Food & Wine / Sales and Marketing Associate of Applied Science degree. As well as the Food & Wine Pairing Certificate, the first college level program of its kind in the world.
He has lent his palate to judging panels for the Seattle Wine Awards, Seattle Magazine Wine Awards, SIPS NW Magazine Awards & The Cascade International Wine Competition.
A classically trained chef and pastry chef he was nominated for educator of the year when he was a Chef Instructor at the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
He loves to share his passion for all things gastronomic and he’ll gladly help you navigate the world of wine and is always quick with a wine pairing or recipe.
